In your first conversation with Jay Her, he will inform you of his education, training and his scope of practice. You can ask the questions that are on your mind and then make a free appointment for an initial consultation.

During the consultation you will have the opportunity to ask more questions, discuss what it is that you would like to improve, and experience Hypnosis first hand.

As a Hypnotist, Jay Her guides you through the necessary exercises and visualizations to help you overcome the obstacles and remove the blocks that are preventing you from living at your full potential. Early on in his practice in California, it became apparent that when trying to resolve more than 2 conscious issues during one session most clients usually get overwhelmed or end up not being able to retain everything during the session. If you feel more sessions may be needed to complete the process then another appointment can be made.

This is not a Quick Fix to self-improvement. Just as it took time for the issue(s) and/or habit(s) in our life to develop, it probably will take some time for us to be able to remove and/or overcome them. It will be a cooperative effort between Jay Her and Yourself to be able to make the improvements necessary to get yourself closer to living the life that you have always dreamed to live.

As you begin your journey of self-improvement with the guidance of Jay Her, you'll find yourself being challenged by none other than your own self. In learning to accept and become stronger in areas you can't change and begin to realize and improve the areas of your life that will take you closer and closer to the life you know you were meant to live.

We understand that this may be a life long journey that can not be fixed with just a magic wand, but that if we put forth all of our efforts into accepting and surrendering to all of ourselves (our strengths, environment, weaknesses, shortcomings, passion, education, intellect, etc...) we will begin creating, experiencing and enjoying the life that we are meant to live.
